What is the focus of your training? You develop into the first point of contact for our customers on questions about hardware and software products, IT services or new digital developments.

Ready to take responsibility? Your tasks include administering and operating IT systems, planning and delivering customer-specific IT solutions, installing, configuring and maintaining complex IT systems, and carrying out problem analysis and troubleshooting on your own. We teach you all the essential content and support your individual development throughout.

Your expertise is called for in looking after customers.

What you bring:

• You have completed a university entrance qualification or a good secondary school certificate, or are about to.
• First technical experience is among your strengths? That is a clear plus.
• Your strengths are communication, openness and enthusiasm? Then you will fit into our team well.
