Your tasks:

• Taking customer requests and fault reports by phone and through the ticket system
• Classifying, prioritising and recording requests in the ticket system
• Analysing faults and working out first approaches to a solution
• Carrying out remote maintenance and other remote support activities
• Guiding users in working with new devices
• Providing 1st and 2nd level support and troubleshooting
• Performing proactive system maintenance and contributing to IT projects
• Managing device information and documentation in the knowledge base

Your profile:

• Successfully completed vocational training in information technology
• First professional experience in IT hotline support or as an IT system administrator
• Experience working with IT ticket systems
• Strong practical knowledge of Windows clients, Windows servers and the associated hardware and peripherals in a corporate context
• Sound understanding of standard office software under MS Windows as well as Office suites or Office 365
• Ideally experience with MS Active Directory, MS M365, mobile device management or Exchange Online and Microsoft Azure
• Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
• First experience as a team lead
